1. Eligibility
- The competitions are open to students and Adults
- Participants will be grouped into categories based on their age/class:
- Group 1: KG - 2nd Grade
- Group 2: 3rd - 5th Grade
- Group 3: 6th - 8th Grade
-Group 4: 9th - 12th Grade
-Group 5: Above 18+
2. Registration
- Participants must register via the **official website** by the given deadline for each competition.
- Registration fees must be paid at the time of Registration. Fees are non-refundable.
- Confirmation of registration will be sent via Whatsapp.
3. Participation Guidelines
- Each participant can take part in multiple competitions; however, each requires a separate registration.
- Participants must adhere to the guidelines for each competition type (e.g., song choice in singing, subject matter in drawing, etc.).
4. Submission Guidelines
- All performances, drawings, or other entries must be **submitted in video or image format** (as applicable) through the competition platform.
- Entries should meet the time limit and format requirements as per the individual competition rules.
Time Limit:
- Singing/Storytelling/Show and Tell: Maximum of 3 minutes.
- Short Films: Maximum of 5 minutes.
- Other categories may vary based on the type of competition and will be specified in the competition details.
- Late submissions will not be accepted unless prior approval is granted due to valid reasons.
5. Judging Criteria
- Each competition will be judged based on its specific criteria, but general factors include:
- Creativity and originality
- Technical skill or proficiency (in relevant competitions like singing, drawing, abacus)
- Clarity and Presentation
- Adherence to the theme (if applicable)
- Overall impact
6. Awards and Certificates
- All participants will receive a hardcopy certificate and medal for participation.
- Trophies or shields will be awarded to top-performing participants depending on the competition type. These details will be communicated during registration.
- Special recognition may be given for unique talents or exceptional creativity.
7. Results
- Results will be announced on the **7th of the month** following the competition.
- Winners will be announced on the official website and notified by email.
- Appeals or requests for re-evaluation will **not be entertained**, as the judge's decision is final.
8. Disqualification
Participants may be disqualified for:
- Non-compliance with competition rules (such as exceeding time limits, inappropriate content, or failure to submit entries in the required format).
- Plagiarism or copying the work of others.
- Use of offensive language, gestures, or materials in any form of competition.
9. Code of Conduct
- Participants, parents, and guardians are expected to maintain respectful communication with the organizers and fellow participants.
- Any form of misconduct, harassment, or disruptive behavior will lead to immediate disqualification
10. Technical Issues
The organizer will not be held responsible for any technical issues participants face while submitting entries. It is recommended that submissions be uploaded well before the deadline to avoid any last-minute issues.
11. Privacy and Copyright
- By submitting their entries, participants grant the organizers the right to use their work for promotional purposes on the website and social media.
- Participants must own the rights to the content they submit (e.g., drawings, stories, performances) and ensure no copyright infringement occurs.
12. Parental Consent
- For participants under 18, consent from a parent or guardian is mandatory during registration.
